The Accounting Supervisor role plays a key part in overseeing daily accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records. You will manage core accounting processes, support financial closing and reporting activities, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective financial operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, cash flow monitoring, and financial transactions
Support month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
Coordinate with auditors, banks, government authorities, and internal stakeholders
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of accounting principles and Thai taxation
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Good command of English for workplace communication
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
