The Accounting Supervisor role is a strong opportunity for a Chinese-speaking accounting professional who can support financial reporting, consolidation, FP&A, and daily accounting operations in a manufacturing environment. Based in Samut Prakan, this role will work closely with the Finance Manager while helping ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and smooth accounting processes.
Responsibilities
Support financial planning and analysis activities, including reporting and business-related analysis
Manage consolidation processes using BPC and support consolidated financial reporting
Prepare and submit statutory financial reports in line with required standards and timelines
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings, including reports for internal teams, external parties, and headquarters
Review tax filings and declarations to ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations, GAAP standards, and internal control policies
Coordinate with auditors, respond to findings, implement corrective measures, and support internal audit activities
Train and mentor team members to improve accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in multinational companies or manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards and taxation
Experience in FP&A and consolidated financial reporting would be an advantage
Proficiency in ERP systems and confidence working in a high-tech environment
Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese
Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels
Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, self-motivated, and open-minded approach
Professional working style with the ability to support both operational and reporting requirements
