The Accounting Manager role plays a key part in cost control, budgeting, financial forecasting, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing operation in Saraburi. The position provides financial analysis and recommendations to senior management while supporting effective cost and inventory management.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement cost standards for materials and labour
Prepare budgets and cost estimates for various business lines
Analyse production costs and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts
Prepare budget reports and financial forecasts for the managing director
Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to approved plans
Coordinate and implement audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
Provide recommendations to senior management to improve cost efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
Proven experience as a cost controller, cost accountant, or in a related role
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex financial information to colleagues without a financial background
Ability to draft and review contracts in English
Excellent written English skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English with senior management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
