The Accounting & Tax Supervisor role plays a key part in overseeing daily accounting operations and delivering accurate accounting, tax, and advisory services to clients. The position also provides an opportunity to lead junior staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the timely preparation of financial statements.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations and review financial records
Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff in bookkeeping, tax filings, and reporting
Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards and relevant regulations
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Collaborate with clients to deliver accounting, tax, and advisory services
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and tax services, preferably within an accounting firm
Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines
Strong leadership and team management skills
Effective communication and multitasking abilities
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or progress towards obtaining the certification would be an advantage
