Accounting & Finance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Accounting & Finance Officer with 
strong analytical capabilities and accuracy in handling financial data. The ideal candidate is 
comfortable working with financial systems, managing multiple responsibilities, and supporting 
business growth by delivering timely and reliable financial insights. 

Job Responsibilities:
•  Prepare monthly reports on Cost of Goods Sold (COGs), consignment, and freight expenses, including the review of transfer and selling prices. 
•  Manage accounts receivable processes by monitoring aging reports, following up on overdue payments, and analyzing customer payment patterns. 
•  Issue debit and credit notes and coordinate payment orders for subsidiary companies. 
•  Maintain and update data within budgeting systems and support the development of pricing models. 
•  Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and budgeting activities, including profit and loss (P&L) analysis and reporting. 

Job Qualifications:
•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. 
•  Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting-related role. 
•  Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to prepare reports and business communications. 
•  Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, or Oracle is a plus. 
•  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 
•  Strong analytical thinking, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
