Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting team.
Oversee monthly closing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Manage financial reporting in alignment with the Asia System.
Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and BOI requirements.
Handle cost accounting and management accounting, including budgeting and variance analysis.
Manage and monitor BOI projects, especially corporate income tax privileges.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions.
Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external parties
Improve accounting processes and internal controls (currently Excel- and paper-based).
Requirements
Proven management experience in finance and accounting within manufacturing.
Strong hands-on experience in cost accounting and management accounting.
Practical experience with BOI-promoted projects.
CPD license required.
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
English Intermediate or above
