Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and support procedures

Qualifications
Fluent communication skills in one or more of the following languages:
English (TOEIC 800+), Dutch, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, Italian, German
Customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required
Ability to remain patient, calm, and solution‑oriented
Active listening and strong problem‑solving abilities
Basic computer skills (CRM, email platforms, chat systems)
Willingness to work in shifts when necessary
Must be able to work on‑site
