Finalizing |

| Having interviewed the candidates, you can
choose which candidate if any, will be made an offer. If no
candidate is selected, we will repeat the process, beginning
with other initial selection. |

Offer |

| Having made your final decision, you present
the candidate with an offer of employment. we offers its
consultancy services should any offer-negotiations be necessary.
Finally a date of commencement, remuneration and other details
should be agreed upon by candidate and you. |

Commence of Employment |

On the date of commencement, we will contact
you to ensure that the candidate has fulfilled the agreement.
It is only after this stage the invoice will be resized by us. |
