JAC Thailand door is always open to those who are interested to join
us as Recruitment Consultant. We are seeking for individuals who
possess the following characteristics:

We are interested in people with relevant industry backgrounds in
sales and marketing areas. Someone with an interested in meeting
people would be an added advantage. The most important factor would
know how to serve our clients well, and possessing the need to
provide the best customer satisfaction.
The role of a Recruitment Consultant would be to deal with
Multinational Corporations, assisting these companies with the
recruitment needs.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target
- Fully understand Client’s hiring needs
- Screen, interview and evaluate candidates
- Introduce job opportunities to candidates
- Liaise with client and candidate on the interview schedule and
feedback from both parties after the interview.
- Following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend candidate registration sessions and job fairs organized by
the company
- Maintain-up-to-date candidates information on database
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, male & female, obtained Bachelor’s Degree above.
- Good command of English with Computer literacy.
- Having a successful track record (consistently achieving targets)
would be an added advantage
- Able to work independently and also a team player
- Good personality and good communication skills, especially in
English
- At lease a Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field
- Interested in sales target and result- oriented attitude
Position 2: Japanese Speaking Recruitment Consultant
This position is exactly the same as Recruitment Consultant. Below
are the requirements:
- At lease Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level 3
- Must be able to speak Japanese
- Customer Service background an added advantage
- Japanese university graduate an added advantage
